RD STATION MARKETING

Learn about our Payment Policy, according to your plan.

This document contains our pricing, payment methods and adjustment rules according to the contracted plan and services chosen at the time of subscription. This Policy applies to all plans (Light, Basic, Pro and Advanced) and additional services such as add-ons.

Light and Basic Plans

When choosing the desired plan and contacts package, You will pay the amount per the price list in effect on the date of subscription. When changing Your plan to a lower or higher one (with fewer or more features), the current rates in effect at the time of the change will apply. If You adjust the limit number of active leads in Your contract (limit upgrade or downgrade), the pricing for the new leads limit will follow the table currently in use in Your account.

The Light and Basic plans only have a monthly billing cycle option and are paid for exclusively by credit card. By completing the payment via credit card, You authorize the recurring debit of these amounts. In the event of cancellation of, or inability to use, the nominated credit card for any reason, You must enter the details of the new card via the charge link in order to avoid any suspension of the use of the System or the provision of services. Overseas customers may pay by credit card or other electronic payment method that is available at the time of subscription.

In the event of non-payment of any installment of the contracted services, access to the System will be suspended and will prevent You from inserting new data. However, scheduled actions will continue to be carried out, based on actions performed until the date of suspension. Amounts not paid by their respective due dates will be subject to a fine of 2% (two percent) and interest of 1% (one percent) per month.

If payment is not identified within 30 (thirty) days after the due date, the account will be automatically canceled. To reactivate your account, You must request this directly via your Billing Dashboard, in your RD Station Marketing account. If you have outstanding amounts, you will need to complete payment of these amounts until the cancellation date and complete payment of one new cycle (monthly fee). The account and your details will be deleted 60 (sixty) days after the cancellation date.

Annually, RD may readjust the value of your plan, automatically migrating it to the table of plans and prices in effect at the time, which will be available on our website. If this occurs, You may be notified in advance. 

If you choose not to proceed with the renewal, You must notify us, as detailed in clause 4.2 of the RD Station Marketing Software Terms of Use.

Pro and Advanced Plans

When choosing the desired plan and contacts package, the amount charged for You to pay is based on the price list in effect on the date of subscription.

If You change your originally contracted plan to a different type of plan (larger or smaller, with more or fewer features), the price table in effect at the time of the change will be applied, and a new 12-month contractual cycle will begin. Furthermore, the due date and plan adjustment date will also be updated based on the change to the new contracted plan. There will be no refunds for any amounts already paid.

In the case of an increase in the number of active leads (limit upgrade), which may occur automatically or by request, the proportional amount of the new plan will be included in the next invoice (with a monthly cycle approach) until the end of the current cycle. However, in case You choose to decrease the number of active leads (limit downgrade), the change will only happen at the end of the currently active cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the current subscription). In these cases, the pricing already in effect for Your account will be considered, and there will be no refund for any amounts already paid. However, to reduce the limit of active leads (downgrade) or to switch to a plan with fewer features (change to a lower plan), the user registered with the Owner profile must request the change via our customer service channels.

The Pro and Advanced plans can have a monthly or annual billing cycle, and You can choose to pay by credit card or other payment methods if available for your country. By completing the payment by credit card, You authorize the recurring debit of these amounts. In the event of cancellation of, or inability to use, the nominated credit card for any reason, You must enter the details of the new card via the charge link in order to avoid any suspension of the use of the System or the provision of services. Regardless of the account’s country, in the case of payment in installments by credit card, no cancellation or chargeback will be made once the purchase has been authorized.

In the event of non-payment of any plan installment, access to the System will be suspended and prevent You from inserting new data. However, scheduled actions will continue to be carried out based on actions performed until the date of suspension. Amounts not paid by their respective due dates will be subject to a fine of 2% (two percent) per month and interest of 1% (one percent) per day.

If payment is not identified within 40 (forty) days after the due date, the account will be automatically canceled. To reactivate your account, You must request this in our Help Center, complete payment of any outstanding amounts before the cancellation date and complete payment of one new cycle (monthly fee). The account and your details will be deleted 60 (sixty) days after the cancellation date.

After completing 12 (twelve) months with Your subscription and the services provided with a contractual cycle, the plan values may be updated annually in accordance with the current plans and prices table in effect. In the event of such updates, You will be notified.

RD may, at its discretion, for mere liberality, grant discounts on the plan values, which may be valid for up to 12 (twelve) months. Additionally, RD may choose to renew or not existing discount percentages or cancel the discounts after the validity period without prior notice.

If You choose not to renew, You must notify us as instructed and detailed in clause 4.3.1 of the RD Station Marketing Software Terms of Use.

For the Pro and Advanced Plans, RD Station is hereby authorized, at its sole discretion, to discount, guarantee, assign, transfer, by endorsement or civil assignment of credit, in whole or in part, all credit and guarantee rights arising from this Payment Policy, regardless of Your consent, with the creditors and beneficiaries of the credit subrogated in all credit claims of this Policy.

Onboarding Service (Implementation) and Additional Services (Add-ons)

The Onboarding Service (Implementation) is available for Pro and Advanced plans and can be paid using the same payment methods for RD Station Marketing plans. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of the contract, and invoices are sent via email and made available in Your Billing Dashboard.

Even if the Implementation Service is not used in its entirety, there will be no refunds for any payments made, nor will any form of future credit be granted.

Furthermore, additional services and add-ons available for subscription in some plans, such as Dedicated IP and Messaging Services (WhatsApp Business), will follow the billing cycle and payment method already used in the RD Station Marketing plan. Additionally, on an annual basis (after 12 months of subscription), these services may also be subject to adjustments, as per the available table at the time of renewal.

If you choose not to continue using these services, You must notify us 30 (thirty) days before the desired cancellation date. For this, the service must have all invoices settled.

General Conditions

Our invoices are sent by email and can also be accessed from the Billing Dashboard of your RD Station Marketing account. Non-receipt of the charge does not remove You from the obligation of the payment provided herein.

To facilitate communication between the parties, You are aware that RD may use other means of contact, for example, telephone or instant messaging apps. 

RD may change any of the provisions of this Policy at any time. In this case, You will be notified of the update to the document.
